29 AND 11® Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which 29 AND 11 collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.29AND11.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by 29 AND 11.

29 AND 11 does not share this information with third-parties except as it may be required to process your order, to deliver marketing materials or to comply with governmental regulations. In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by any law, rule, regulation or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government entities, and (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property and safety of us or any third party, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
