Returns

As always, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.   Any returns received after the 30 day period will be eligible for store credit only and are subject to approval after the 30 day period prior to return. Trunk show purchases are eligible for store credit only.
29 AND 11 will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact customercare@29and11.com within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can correct the issue and get a wonderful product shipped out to you ASAP!
 

Please note:

  • Customized and Special Order items cannot be returned and are final sale
  • Any product labeled final sale is as stated
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable (If applicable)
  • Gift recipients are entitled to a store credit only (Note - The refund is issued as an eGift card and emailed as soon as the return is processed. We do not issue Physical Gift Cards.

All items should be returned in the original packaging (box and protective pouch) along with the original receipt (included in shipping). Any items received after 30 days without authorization will be shipped back.

We want you to be 100% happy!!!  Really, we do!!
To start a return, please complete the RETURN FORM and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Once the return/exchange is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.  Please carefully package the items and include the return authorization form with your product.  

Our goal is for you to love your 29 AND 11 product!  Customer service is of the utmost importance to us.  Let us do whatever we can to make it right!!
